How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Listify account and associated personal data, email us from your registered account email address.
info@listify.ae
Include the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
What data is deleted
Account profile data (name, email, phone, address).
User-authored listing content associated with your account.
Account-linked favorites and dashboard/account metadata.
What data may be retained
Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance logs.
Transactional or dispute-related records required by law.
Retained data is stored only for legal/compliance purposes and removed when retention is no longer required.
Deletion timeline
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
